INTERNET PERMISSION FORM 7540.03- AUP

     Student Workers: Elizabeth Hileman, Megan Inboden, Kayley Johnson, Christina Poore, Stepheney Studer & Gloria Tucker.

Hours: Days of school attendance from 7:00 a.m.--3:30 p.m.

Policies: Most materials are checked out for a 2 week period.  Since the library is open before and after school, it's the student's responsibility to see that items are returned on time.   Five cents a day will be charged on late material.  The computer lab is open before and after school and both lunch periods for student use.  No chat rooms or game playing is allowed. Also, a coin operated copier is available for student use.

Mission Statement:  Our mission is to assist and furnish resources and equipment for students, faculty, and staff of the Herrin High School community.
