Exploring Technology

    This course provides a general introduction to the study of technology.  Students learn what technology is and how it relates to other content areas, such as science or mathematics.  They learn how technology has developed, the major types of technology, its resources an methods, and man of its key principles.  Students also explore future careers related to the major types of technology, industrial applications, as well as, the impacts of given technologies, through hands-on shop-laboratory, classroom, and community activities.
